Chicken Caesar Smash Wraps

These chicken Caesar smash wraps are crispy, fresh, and made in one pan. Ground chicken cooked directly onto tortillas, topped with Caesar salad and parmesan for a quick, protein-packed meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 Sourdough Tortillas
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
  • Caesar Dressing (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan
  • Salt/Pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic Powder (to taste)
  • Italian Seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Gently coat the pan in olive or avocado oil. 
  2. Separate the ground chicken into 8 equal pieces. Place one section of the ground chicken onto a tortilla and spread it thinly over the entire tortilla with a fork. Gently season with salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the tortilla onto the hot pan, chicken side down. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes. The chicken should be spread thinly enough that it will cook quickly. The chicken will be crispy and golden brown when fully cooked.
  4. Meanwhile, chop the lettuce and toss it with caesar dressing, fresh parmesan, salt, and pepper. 
  5. Top your chicken smash tortillas with the caesar salad and garnish with extra freshly grated parmesan.
