  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ⅓ cup Japanese Barbecue Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 17 oz Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 tbsp Chili Crisp Oil
  • 1-3 tbsp Red Curry Paste (depending on desired spice level)
  • 13.5 oz Canned Coconut Milk (1 can)
  • 2 cups Cooked White Rice
  • Toppings: green onions, cucumber, carrots, avocado, sesame seeds, etc.

Instructions

  1. In an oiled pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef. As it’s browning, add the minced garlic, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and Japanese barbecue sauce. Cook until the meat is fully cooked through.
  2. As the meat browns, add the bone broth, chili crisp, and curry paste to a sauce pan. Once simmering, add the can of coconut milk. Allow the broth to reach a simmer.
  3. Serve the cooked rice and ground beef into a shallow bowl and top with the spicy broth. Top with green onions, carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds, lime, avocado, etc.
