A Great Introductory Curry for Home Cooks
If you’re new to making curry at home, yellow curry is one of the best places to start. It’s forgiving, flexible, and doesn’t rely on hard-to-find ingredients. The gentle spices pair beautifully with everyday vegetables like onion and bell pepper, while chicken absorbs the sauce quickly, making it ideal for faster cooking.
It’s also easy to adjust:
- Finish with fresh herbs or citrus to brighten the dish
- Add more coconut milk for a milder curry
- Stir in extra curry paste for deeper flavor
